BLACK OXIDE COATED ROUND BASTARD FILE These are designed for filing concave surfaces having a smaller radius than a Half Round File. Also used for enlarging round holes and making a corner radius. These files do meet or exceed US Government specifications GGG-F-325b. The files do taper at least one-third of the length to point.
